Using the same coffee grounds, can a $20 coffee machine from Target make the same coffee as in Starbucks?!

Question: or do the $2000 coffee makers there make a difference?

One of the major differences is that Starbucks uses filtered water, not tap water. Another difference is that their beans are ground to a specific grind (coarseness) for the particular filter, and that the machines are cleaned really well. Also, they use a specific proportion of water to grounds - two tablespoons of grounds for every six ounces of water. If you were to do all of those things with your machine at home, you'd get pretty damn close...by the way...to the person above me, yeah Starbucks does brew coffee as well as making espresso. That's what you get when you walk in and ask for...a cup of coffee.

i make better coffee with the 10 dollar one from walmart!

just make it strong, add a ton of sugar and whip cream, there ya go!

get the individual hot chocolate packets in flavors to mix it up a bit, add it at the end like powdered creamer.

if it is the same coffee beans purchased at star bucks, yes. starbucks beans is what they make starbucks coffee out of

They don't brew coffee at Starbucks, they make espresso.

You don't need a $2000 machine to make good espresso, but you won't find a decent espresso machine for $20.

(I drink coffee from a $20 machine, by the way. I prefer coffee to espresso.)

About $300 + is needed to buy a good commercial maker for the home check "Newco"
