Question about coffee.?!


Question: I want to start drinking coffee. I think it would just help me get through my day if I had a cup in the morning (I'm definitely not a morning person). Where should I start? I don't want something too powerful that will make me crash later, just something that will just perk me up a little and get me going. There is a small cafe called Java Jones near where I live. What would you recommend I order in the morning? I like cream but no sugar.

If you want an adrenaline lift, I would not suggest that you drink coffee.

You would be better off making a nutritional shake from scratch that you make in your blender at home.

Put half stem of broccoli, a crushed vitamin, banana, strawberries, and orange juice to taste in blender, Whir till smooth then add ice, whir some more. Delicious, and delicious for your health. Coffee is not good for your health. Don't believe the propagandists

They probably have a medium roast. Start there. The medium roast has the most caffeine and that is what will get you going.

If you like cream and no sugar then you'd had some experience with coffee. Start with a gentle blend.

ive been drinking coffee maybe a year and half from now and i usually go to wawa and i do regular with plenty of half and half cream... doesnt knocked me out ever...maybe u should try that. ;-)

If you really wanna get through the day I suggest you not start with coffee. Most coffee drinks are highly caffinated meaning you you have been a drinker and you start drinking it in high doses (a few cups a week) then you have a better chance at getting addicted to it. Then it gonna be even harder for you to get off it. By that time you will get headaches and you will be moody all the time.

I suggest that you start by drinking low caffeine tea first (white tea and etc) Its healthier than coffee but it still boosts your metabolism for the day. I have been drinking coffee for a while, even more since I been in college now I am trying to drink a little less since I've made it to graduate school.

Take it from me, start off with tea first then work your way up if you really wanna drink coffee. But coffee is not good for your body overall so consider carefully. Best of luck!
