Is Coffee Mate coffee creamer fatening?!

Question: Yes it is. Not only is it fattening, it's made out of corn syrup solids and partially hydrogenated oils, and artifical flavorings, none of which were ever designed to go into the human body.

Partially hydrogenated oils and fats have been proven to cause heart disease if you eat too much of them.

While milk fat may not be good for you, it sure is better for you than the nasty stuff they put in Coffee Mate creamer.

It is a creamer so my guess is yes. Go look at the fat content.

yes, it has fats and calories in it. The good news is that they also make a fat-free variety.

i would say it is... you need to read the label... its really nice though,.. and great in an emergency..

They have a "no fat" in the French Vanilla, and it tastes exactly the same. You wouldn't be able to tell it has no fat. That's what I use.

Yes it is fattening but they make a version that is fat free and without sugar and it tastes the very same as the fatty version. It also comes in many yummy flavors like Hazelnut, French Vanilla and Caramel.
