I was at a Chinese medicine store and the lady working there said that this particular tea works to help the mind.
What do you think?

Well there are certain herbs that are said to boost energy and help memory, like ginseng and ginko biloba. Perhaps "Cerebral Tea" is something like that.

chinese medicine does have realy wierd ways to work so i think it works

Many herbal products do work but just be careful not to take it to excess.
