Regular water is better. Well... less risk anyway. Artificial sweeteners and flavors are unknowns when it comes to being harmful To date, they have not been linked to anything harmful, yet. It took a long time before Sacarin (sp? an artificial sweetener from the 60's) was linked to cancer and stopped being produced. You DO realize that you are spending more on a gallon of bottled water (flavored or not) than you pay for a gallon of gasoline, right?

I would think so unless it has sugar substitute.

Yeah, it's the same thing. As long as it doesn't have any additives like sugar, saccharin, aspartame, Splenda, etc., it's just water with a little "zest" in it.

No, flavored water has addatives that will only make you more thirsty, better to do the water plain or with lemon or lime zest.

look at what has been added. like right next to the nutrition facts there iswhat has been added. i am guessing that it prob. has additives in it which will make it not really taht good. but what is good for you these days
