Tap water with a squeeze of lemon or lime.
On hot days, there's nothing better than natural yogurt diluted with ice-cold water. Add salt if you wish. It's called ayran. Better than the well advertised 'thirst quencher' and it doesn't rot your teeth.
Water with just a few drops of lemon juice in it.
