This depends on where you live.
If your area has a heavy Hispanic population then yes they will have it. If not then it is not likely.
my albertsons does but i also live in a largely latin community.
They do in my local albertsons,but it's not the best
The store in Tracy, Ca did the last time I was there and that was about a month ago.
I've only ever seen horchata at select stores in Arizona. Never seen any at Albertson's or any other store in this area and I live near a Hispanic community (not in AZ).
