What's the difference between a Diet Cola / Coke and a Cola / Coke Max ( brand irrelevant ) please ?!
Answers: Very little difference between diet and max drink. It's mainly marketing, if you call something diet chicks will drink it, if you call something max guys will drink it.
I think it's something to do with the caffeine content.

Diet coke, doesnt have as much sugar as Reg.Coke. Coke Max, has more caffenine then Reg.Coke.
I think you are after the difference between max and diet? If so, then cocacola/pepsi use the word "max" to appeal to men rather than women as it seems that men don't like to drink "diet" drinks or been seen drinking them so the manufacturers came up with the "max" brand instead. Other than than I dont think there is any difference.
I know this doesn't answer your question but, just in case you didn't already know, diet cola can give you cancer. I read it in newsday ( major long island newspaper- you can check it out online)!
max as in diet pepsi max means it has more caffeine than regular diet pepsi.
