Are fizzy drinks harm ? and why?!

Question: Depends on your body...
If you have had bariatric surgery they are not a good idea because the carbonation pops and releases a gas in your stomach and causes expansion of the stomach pouch itself. Can be very painful. A normal human with a delicate system might experience the same thing. Try pouring some in a balloon and shaking it hard. It will expand quite a bit!

no i love them

If you meant to ask "are they harmful", then the answer is no.

The base product is simply carbonated filtered water. Drink all you want.

Now when companies add sweeteners, flavorings, and non-beneficial junk to it and sell it as soft-drink, then yes, you should limit or not consume it at all. It's just sugar water at that point.

You can add some natural fruit juice to it, and it tastes great and is good for you too.

Cheers.

Some of them can because appearantly they made you a bad speller.
