Some people don't like putting poisonous chemicals into their bodies.
It doesn't taste like real dr. pepper. it is gross. and the only diet drinks i have found that taste closest to normal is diet a & w , and diet sunkist orange.

You get no sugar rush from the Diet version.
And, if you believe that Diet Dr. Pepper tastes like the real thing ..... then do I have a presidential candidate for you to vote for .... Oh, wait, that was 2000 and 2004
for the exact same reason that DDP is both NEW and IMPROVED.
In order to make it sweet without using sugar they have to add toxic chemicals to the beverage. I'm not a fan of intentionally ingesting harmful things, especially since diet sodas have no real benefit over regular soda.
