yes you can, they sell it in a shop called lets eat which is located in Milton Keynes but I think that they do have stores around the UK. They also have a website and you can order it on line

No you used to be able to get it up to about 7 years ago in the UK and then it disapeared. Ring your local Coca Cola Depot / Plant and they should be able to tell you.

Your best bet is to befriend someone at a military base that has an American Base or Post Exchange--they usually carry that product.
