I happen to live somewhere in BC Canada, where the water is rated the best in all of Canada, so theres no problems there:) It tastes awesome!
It's not healthier ...it just tastes better in my opinion
it is not
It isn't! Tap water has fluoride which we need for pretty teeth....bottled water does not!
It's not any healthier if anything it's less health because hey add minerals that could be bad for you. Tap water is healthier because it is purely filtered although it does depend on where you live.
It's not. It's just convenient. Check the bottles, some of them are even labeled as "municipal water" (i.e. right out of the tap)
it is not. it's just that we have been sooooo advertised into thinking that tap water is not as good as bottled water.
It's not. In fact, most bottled water is just tap water.
Distilled water is different. It's been purified. But, most bottled water isn't distilled.
It is NOT. I can bottle water from a dirty pond in a dirty bottle and let it sit on shelf and would you still find it healthier?
It's not .. unless you live outside of the US and Canada.
bottled water all minerals is swiped out by clorination it lacks of mineral in tapping water. why bottled water is all mineral will stay at the water while it go through the machine.
It isn't -- some companies actually use tap water as their bottled water source. In reality, tap water is better for you (when purified properly) because it also has fluoride, which is good for your teeth and helps prevent cavities.
it's not
That's not necessarily true. Reputation varies by bottler. One Boston area bottler was found to be using regular tap water from the local water system! But then, there are communities where the tap water is just as good as commercial bottled water.
Consumer Reports had a report on various bottled waters a couple years ago. It's probably on their Web site.
Once you find a reliable brand with a taste you like, get that one wherever and whenever you can.
If you find a national brand that you like, it will help you when you travel. Local water might have trace elements that are different than your local water, and your body will react to it. Also if you're not sure about the quality of the local water, bottled water is more likely to be free of bacteria.
Bring along some Pepto-Bismol chewable tablets anyway, just in case the water isn't as good as you think it should be!
:-)
It's not and depending on what is said on the bottle you might be paying for water twice as a lot of bottled water is right from city and towns taps. Only water that is stated to come from a spring actually comes from some where that's not a municipal source.Several different studies have found that several "so called" enriched water are just from the same municipal sources that tap water comes from. The water in the US is some of the purest that you can get through an municipal system. What you get in bottle water you can get from tap water by running it through a filter system.
it is not. they are both the same. bottled water has chemicals which are bad
both are same i think
It isn't. Most of them get their water from the same place you get your tap water (Dasani is one of them).
bottled water IS tap water ........... just filtered a few times over ........ (IF they are telling the truth)
