Good Morning! It's 8am in Indiana and I have been up for 3 hours. The coffee is still hot and I have ...!

Question: just put on a pot of water, coffee or tea anyone? The big dilema is whether to eat breakfast or just wait til dinner tonight. Any thoughts?

KK is right, not eating a meal be it breakfast, lunch or dinner is not a wise idea. A lot of folks think they are helping themselves lose weight by skipping meals. Not true. By not keeping a minimum supply of nutrients going into the system, the system goes into what is called 'drought mode.' It begins hoarding fats to keep itself going as nutrients become less available to it. The best way to get rid of fats is to eat enough to maintain a balance of nutrients to a level to where the body draws on the fats for that 'extra' daily need. Just like in the water situation, keeping a good supply of water going into the body prevent the body from 'storing' excess water.
Oh, if the coffee is really 3 hours old....Dump it...It's n longer good.

Eat breakfast. It starts your metabolism and keeps you going throughout the day.

Lame.

eat breakfast

Dr Oz says to NEVER skip breakfast. Always start you day with whole grains and fresh fruit....a nice bowl of oatmeal sounds delicious...hmmmm....gotta go fix breakfast.....

well, its 10:52 am here ........... I haven't had breakfast yet, and I have been up since 7 am ...... so I'm gonna have an early lunch ....... and probably no dinner. But maybe I'll have a bit of tea with you, as long as you have some lemon.
