How much caffeine does a cup of decaf coffee have in it vs. regular?!

Question: I understand there is still some

Answers: I understand there is still some

a 5oz of coffee contains an average of 80 miligrams of caffeine Decaffeinated coffees contain about 5 mg of caffeine per cup.
espressos and cappuccinos contain about 100 mg per cup.

half the amount

decaf means less caffeine so around half!

Almost all brands of decaffeinated coffee still contain some caffeine. Drinking ten cups of decaffeinated coffee could deliver as much caffeine as one or two cups of regular coffee,

....you're right , there is still some caffeine.....in a cup of decaf....but nowhere near the amount of a regular cup....

3-4 milligrams compared to 80-135 in regular

4 mg. to 20 mg. for all kinds and brands. Most are only 4mg.

I know caffeine is the no1 issue in importance for you but can you skip to issue no 89-your girfriend, check your email and give me an answer?

as requested.

half or less
