How do I make my own flavored water (like propel)?!

Question: $.50 a bottle is a little expensive for me, so I would like to make my own using filtered tap water. I don't want to just use the little tubes of powder they make either, they cost too much.
What should I add for flavor?

They use artificial flavors or extracted natural flavors. Not exactly something you can do at home if you aren't going to use drink mix. You can dilute juice down to the 3% that most juice drinks have if you want a touch of flavor. You can add lemon or lime juice. A little bit goes a long way.

orange is me favorite flavor

Some company has made a machine that will make flavored pop if you add a package of "flavor." I am not sure, but i think you could add the flavor package to water, and it would make flavored water. Hope this helps.

Take tap water. Add sugar. There you go!

Buy an envelope of Kool-Aid and pour ALL OF IT in your bottle of water. Those little envelopes cost 25 cents (sometimes less!)

One envelope makes 2 quarts of drink, so if you pour the entire envelope in a 16 ounce bottle, it'll have some kick.

You might need to add a little sugar. Since there's probably sugar already in your house, the cost of that is $0.00. (You aren't going to put 5 pounds of sugar in it, are you?!?! A spoonful now and then should be ok)

i dont think you can
