Question: when I'm dieting I order a brandy and water or a brandy splash ( just a splash of 7-up not even a tsp of the soda). the brandy and water tastes quite dreadful you will nurse it all night. so then you always have a drink in your hand, and you will not have a lot of calories from those luscious drinks. the calorie amount for each drink is the 50 Calories for the one ounce of alcohol. try this it works.
