If you're using a name brand product, you'd tell the company that owns that brand... look up Gatorade. You wouldn't sell it to a different company and you'd probably have to pay them some equivalent of royalties if you tried to sell it yourself. But don't give up the idea unless they can agree to do something for you in return.
