If I start drinking milk at the age of 13 now, will I get any chance of being more taller?!

Question: I always drank milk as a baby, but as I grew up, I hate milk, but I also hate that I am so short! I am only 5 feet at the age of 13, hopefully it's not too late... I first started my period about 4-5 months ago... Maybe milk won't make me taller, but will it increase the chance of getting taller?

Yes, milk is vital for bone growth. You should drink at least a quart a day (non-fat is fine) until you're 18 to maximize vertical growth. And of course, get plenty of exercise and sleep and no smoking or drinking alcohol. By that formula I grew to 6-5.

You stretch every day do yoga ,have good posture it will look like your taller.

Girls usually do not grow once they have started their menses but you will have a better chance and stronger bones if you follow all the reasonable advice.
