Which drip coffeemaker makes the best coffee?!

Question: Technivorm. It's one of the few machines that actually get the water to the proper temperature. Drip machine that is. There are some that get to temp for a short period, but most of that is a fluke. The Techivorm is a bit pricey, around $200.00 but everything I've heard from our coffee message board is that they really are worth the initial outlay.
After I get a quality grinder (looking at $175.00 and up) My pennies will be saved for the Technivorm.
Good Luck

It's not the machine its the coffee itself and the person. You need to find a good roast and measure the perfect amount. But the automatic coffee makers that have a timer are the best cause they will start brewing on their own while you are in the shower.

I love my Cuisinart and I only use Dunkin Donuts coffee beans.

Consumer Reports rate the Braun a Best Buy. It's $20. I have one, works well.

Personally, I more often use an electric vacuum pot with arabica beans from Trader Joe's.

Sometimes, I use a french press pot.

BUNN! It's good water that makes good coffee, but my Bunn has a water resevoir that keeps the water hot. I add a pot of water and close the lid, it starts brewing, drip time included, I can have a cup in 4 minutes! I love it!!!!
