If you are trying for mock-tails (mixed drinks without booze) try a few of the following:

Pineapple juice with grenadine. Throw in a cherry and try layering it with orange juice, too.
Shirley Temple: Sprite, grenadine and a maraschino cherry.
Roy Roger: Coke, grenadine and a maraschino cherry.
Grenadine with just about anything!
Virgin daiquiris and margaritas. Blend them with extra ice and garnish with fresh or frozen fruit or fruit juice mixes.

Foods:
Rolls up anything tasty in a tortilla, slice it into pin wheels and people will think you put in effort. Try herb or veggie cream cheese, cucumbers, and turkey.
Veggies and dips and good for almost all guests.
Build-your-own pita pizzas with a variety of veggies and a few meat choices (pepperoni and pre-cooked sausage), and lots of cheese. You can either have the guests spread their sauce and toppings and microwave one-by-one or put several of them in the oven together for about 8-12 minutes of 350-400 degrees.
Cheese fondu would be fun for a group with different breads, veggies, and apples (green ones are best!). You can easily find recipes online.

Dr. Pepper, Cheesedip, candybars and some really good movies!!

Well, some good non-alcohalic drinks are Virgin Pina Colada's, Shirley Temple's, Any mix of soda or something like that.

You night not have this stuff... but Shirley Temples, Strawberry Smoothies or my fav, Vigin Margarita (Strawberry)mmm... yum!

You can make great tasting drinks out of just about any fruit. Even canned fruit. Just put some fruit in a blender, you can add ice, milk, yogurt, for smoothie type drinks. For a Tropical flair pineapple & coconut are great As far as snacks go, You can use ritz type crackers or bagels & make mini pizzas. Just use your favorite toppings. it might be neat party theme to have your guests bring either some fruit or a pizza topping. Then you all can see what you can create.

I make this drink for my niece and nephew when they visit on vacation. It looks and tastes fancy, but is very simple and maybe a little healthy (Don't tell them that)
Fill the glass with crushed ice then pour 3/4 full with fruit juice.
(You can use grape juice, pineapple juice, lemon aide, Juicy Juice or whatever color or flavor you desire)
Fill the glass to the top with 7Up.
I like to garnish with wedges of pineapple, citrus fruit and use toothpicks to skewer grapes, cherries, melon, etc...
Then serve with a straw and little umbrella's! Yum
These go great with just about anything to munch, even little finger sandwiches or quesadillas and salsa.

Maison Rose, its a non alcoholic sparkling grape drink. Looks like wine but it aint. Nothing can beat oven baked potato wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
