Are fizzy drinks good for you once the fizz is gone??!


Question: because the fizz is carbon dioxide...which is acidic in water...so when the carbon dioxide is gone does it mean its not acidic and so its good to drink???

Usually any fizzy drink (with the exception of mineral water like Calistoga) is so insanely full of sugar and high fructose corn syrup that it is already incredibly bad for you.

You know how often I drink soda? Maybe once a month. Maybe.

Soda = Diabetes.

Most people don't realize that soda is pretty much watered-down sugar with carbonation. It's pretty disgusting when you know how much sugar you are consuming from just one 12 oz soda, much less every day, every week, etc.

You're much better drinking sodas and other carbonated drinks very sparingly. It's much better for your body, especially your Pancreas. You'll run a much, much lower chance of getting diabetes.
