What is the ratio of steamed milk to coffee in a Starbucks Latte?!

Question: For instance, is it 50% milk and 50% coffee, or 60% milk 40% coffee, etc.

Depends on the size of drink. But in a 16 oz latte there would be 2 ounces of espresso and 14 ounces of steamed milk. There's actually no coffee in a latte. An Au Lait is 50% steamed milk and 50% coffee.

As an aside, the perfect latte is poured with less than half an inch of foam on the top. Anything more than that makes it a wet cappuccino.

I don't like coffee, the first time I tried it was when my grandfather let me try his coffee once when I was little and I didn't like it. I particuarly hate ice coffee because it reminds me of a teacher that I loved who I can't see anymore.
