Iz the coca-cola drink [or other coca-cola company stuff] a drug?!

Question: yes or no with details

Answers: yes or no with details

When coca-cola first came out, they put just a little cocaine in it, it addicted their drinkers, they haven't done that since the 1960's or earlier. Check out the web site and see if they have that information under the history. (I learned this on Biography channel or the Learning channel. They did a film on the history of coke, The Coke Company is the only one that did this, to my knowledge.)

no ,years ago coca cola had cocaine in it but it has long been taken out

It is not a controlled substance, no.

It has caffeine (unless caffeine free), which is technically a drug.

not now--BUT YES use to be

Coca leaves haven't been used since long before the 60s. If memory serves me right, they stopped using those in the 20s.

However, Coca Cola and other colas have caffeine. This is a highly addictive drug.

It was in the early 1900s when it had cocaine in it, but it was taken out. Now, though it still does contain a drug still. That drug would be considered caffeine.

at one time cocaine was used in coke, but now it's not.
