Does Red Bull have to stay chilled even when it is not going to be drunk right away?!

Question: If it's a new sealed can, Red Bull can handle being chilled and warmed back up. If it's open, It will just get flat faster the warmer it is. Eventually, stuff will start to grow in it (days/weeks).
