Yes they do. All of their flavored syrups that they add to their coffee have high frutose corn syrup in them. They do have some that are sugar free though and you can ask for those. I know that they have a sugar free vanilla. Also avoid the whipped cream at the real starbucks since they make it with thier regular vanilla syrup.
