Is it better to drink regular soda or diet soda?!

Question: diet

Answers: diet

there's no differance its sugar! Well less sugar.

None of the above!! :)

I think it is better to drink regular soda because diet soda has some chemicals in it in the form of artificial sweetener.

Fresh-squeezed fruit juice. How about broccoli, tomato, carrot, spinach and onion put in a juicer with a little sea salt and black pepper?

diet soda gives you no extra calories and doesn't rot your teeth.
I vote for diet.
But the best drink is water.
Flavia

they say now it is just as bad to drink diet soda. people gain weight because of what they eat with the soda. and tend to eat more .

regular. regular has flavor and not a bad aftertaste.

neither...they both rot your stomach.

its true diet- as there is no suger ,, but then there is the issue of all those sweeteners in diet

health wise- diet
for taste- regular

They are both bad. The sugar is terrible but so are the chemicals used in artificial sweeteners.

Try water and an ocassional 100% fruit juice.

neither.. both of them contain acid that would rip up ur insides, so its better safe than sorry.

Go with Diet. You save a100 calories a day. Over each year that avoids a 10 pound weight gain.

diet, no added sugar. Splenda won't hurt like saccharin from the old days.

regular because what they put in the diet to make it diet is even worse

its better to drink diet soda because HELLO DIET unless u want to get blody then drink regular soda

i think its better to drink regular soda because in diet soda they might put other bad things besides sugar

diet is better for you, but doesn't taste better.
usually there's no calories in a diet soda because the sugar content has been removed.
calories mean more weight, what's your thought.

I guess it's up to you, if you want to keep the calories down then of course diet is the way to go, personally I prefer diet soda and I'm not counting calories, just a matter of taste.

if you must drink soda, diet is a better choice. has no sugar or extra calories. all that hype about artificial sweeteners causing cancer is bunk. there is no actual scientific link.

that depends on how you define "better"..

diet sodas contain artificial sweetners that can be bad for you.. but then again regular sodas contain fructose and corn sweetners that are just as bad..

A recent published study said that people who drank diet soda had no difference in weight/rates of obeisty, etc.

However, I would say the best Soda is NO Soda.. drink water instead ... its better for you!

diet,if u don't want to be so fat....normal soda,if u want to drink it then drink it.

They're both bad. But diet's better.

it is better to drink regular... sacrin (the artificial sweetener in diet sodas) is very bad for your system becz believe it or not u NEED sugar! im 12 and i became hypoglycemic a few months ago becz i have always put artificial sweeteners in my tea and i dont drink soda alot. Also, in the first iraq war, the coke company sent diet cokes to some soldiers in the war and when they came back, many of them had neurological problems that made there nervous system mess up. it was found that those soldiers were the ones that had drinked the diet coke and they linked it to this. i now use regular sugar and no diet sodas becz if i dont, i end up shaky and dizzy becz of me having hypoglycemia...

It's better to drink diet because it doesn't have all of the sugar. Regular has a ton of sugar in it. I have diabetes so I have to drink diet. At first it tasted funny but eventually you get used to it. If you like coke products, you can drink coke zero. It tastes exactly like the real stuff. They also have it in sprite and vault. Certain diets do have caffeine though. Like diet coke, pepsi, coke zero, vault, mountain dew, and others. but it is good to not always drink it but it is a lot healthier. My dad stopped drinking regular and he lost about 8 pounds.

Neither is good for you. It isn't just the sugar or artificial sugar, the carbonation is bad for you, too.

diet ... its not just dosent gives you cals ....... it burns some of what you have

Drink room temperature tap water that you run through a reverse osmosis or other purifier at home.

Don't drink more than two small glasses of juice a day, eat fruit and vegetables instead.

Never drink "soda".

A small amount of good quality beer or red wine per day is ok, but the key is to make it a very small amount.

Up to two cups of black coffee are ok.

Up to four cups of green tea are beneficial.

Don't get ripped off buying expensive, polluting, bottled water, which is usually just bottled tap water.

neither really but if you had to choose one it would be diet as it has no calories
