I'm addicted to iced coffee! HELP!?!
Answers: I drink 2-3 large iced coffees per day. Specifically, Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla iced coffee (milk w/ Splenda). I LOVE IT! But, seriously, the cost is adding up! How can I cut back on coffee without being a witch in the process?
Hi, my name is Laura, and I'm a coffee addict too! I make my own at home. Go get your French Vanilla syrup at the store, buy some splenda, NON-FAT milk, mix it with strong coffee, I use instant, that way I don't have to make a whole pot, add some ice and voila! You have your Dunkin Donuts coffee! I like Irish Cream, it's my personal fav.! Darn, now I want a donut with coffee........
drink hot cocoa!
switch to cheap candy bars
Seriously, I get a large Iced Vanilla Latte from starbucks everyday!! but how about just allowing yourself one cup...not 3! Its not healthy for you or your wallet! Also try Coffee flavored hard candies.
Make yours at home or switch to tea.
Save some money and drink water. It is better for you. If you need the caffine, try Lipton tea....
Make your own ..
And they are expensive, .. they compete with Starbucks.
get 1 and spread it out through the day
step on a scale and be scared
hey, how about makin some at your house? it cuts WAY down on the cost, believe it or not. Try it, and you can specialize it to fit your needs...you can buy the supplies to make about 10 for the cost of 2 made by Dunkin Donuts...AND, as far as it not being that healthy, use decaf and splenda, if you're worried about it...you're not gonna be a witch...just go to ur local grocery store and check out teh WIDE variety of diff kinds of coffee for your addiction (lol)...don't stress..i have the same prob with cappuccinos...french vanilla specifically.
make it your self i do it all the time
get a blender u can get one for like 20 dollars sometimes less
a bag of ice costs like 1-2 dollars

just used pic so u know what i mean
use milk
blend it put some whipcream on top
and u saved your self like 5 dollars
and u can make as large as u want too
please just calm down, never go there for atleast 2 weeks at a time, and find something you love. Don't think about it and maybye go to a doctor.
You aren't addicted to the iced coffee, you are addicted to the caffeine. You need to wean yourself off of it. Start with 10% decaf drinks, then decrease the percentage of caffeine in the drink until you get to no caffeine.
good!!! drink up at home!!
Make your own at home. You can brew a whole pot of regular coffee, double strength because the ice will water it down, and what you don't use now, let cool and put in a pitcher in the fridge for up to 2 days. That's what they do at coffeee houses for their iced coffees. Then, whenever you feel the need for a yummy iced coffee, mix your cold coffee, ice, milk, splenda, and vanilla coffee syrup into a glass and enjoy! If you're concerned about sugar, there are also sugar-free coffee syrups available.
