'Fun' kid-friendly punch for the holidays?!

Question: I've flipped through every recipe book in my house and i'm just not finding anything that sounds appealing. Since the holidays are coming up, tons of family are coming to our house and i'll be doing the drinks and desserts. I have 5 neices and one nephew coming and while i'm making fun adult drinks, I really wanted to make something the kids will enjoy. I have the typical ciders and hot cocoa, but I was thinking maybe someone out there has a neat, tasty drink recipe that kids like. Sortof like a sparkling, sweet kind of drink.. if anyone is catching my drift. I know I can go out and buy the Welch's sparkling grape juice or cider but they've all had that. I'm looking for a holiday change of pace! Anyways, any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Get 100% Cranberry juice. Add one packet of raspberry kool-aid and 2 liters of clear soda or ginger ale. (ginger ale will make it dry and "bite" back a bit, for 4th grade on up it's more "grown-up" like) Mix the kool-aid in the cranberry juice and chill. Chill the soda separate. (We like Sprite the best in this, Sierra Mist works well, for a budget, lemon lime works too!) Mix together, 1/2 gallon juice to 2 liters soda just before serving. To add a fancy touch EVERYONE (even adults) would like, put it in a large bowl and put little spoons of raspberry sherbet in it and stir gently. Make sure every cup gets a little of the sherbet, it adds a nice smooth sweetness!

i grew up on this....rainbow sherbet in a big punch bowl and pour ruby red canada dry ginger ale on top the sherbet kinda melts into it and makes it creamy.........or try recipezaar.com

orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream and ginger ale.yum yum good and bubbly.

Sherbet products are flavorful, mix two kinds of soda like sprite and orange crush together, freeze orange juice in cubes then add to any lemon-lime based drink, Warm Dr. Pepper pretty good!
non-acholic ciders good!
