Connection between energy drinks and headaches?!
i became addicted :(
8 days ago, i decided not to drink them anymore.
i noticed today that i haven't had a migrane in about a week.
i used to get them all the time...
don't get me wrong, i'm thankful!
but i'm just curious, is there a connection between energy drinks and headaches?
Answers: i used to drink a sugar free red bull every morning.

Everybody has different triggers for their migraines. Crashing off of a caffeine high or experiencing caffeine withdrawal could definitely be one. There also could have been some sort of herb in Red Bull that didn't agree with your system. Or the concentration of caffeine could have dehydrated you, thus triggering a migraine.
I think you got your answer all by yourself.
Good for you!
I get migranes too when I have something too surgary or too sweet. Don't drink the Red Bulls so much because I figured that caffeen is related to my migranes because I used to eat a good coffee bar and would get migranes every few days now I get them since I stopped eating them every few weeks for eating something sweet.
Yes, you are suffering from caffine withdrawl. It is perfectly normal, it happens to people who stop drinking coffee and soda also. You will feel better in a week or so =)
More than likely. Isn't it caffeine that makes it an "energy" drink?
yes caffeine in excess causes headaches
