Answers: I had just wondered What is the Nutritional Value of a Cup of coffee with about a large shot of some milk and about 3 sugar packets was.

there is surprisingly no calories in regular coffee. however 1 ml of 2% milk contains approximately 0.52 calories, while 1 mL of 1% milk contains approximately 0.44 calories. so if you had one of those small milk cups that have 10ml of milk, a 2% cup would have 5.2 calories, while a 1% cup would have 4.4 calories. sugar per packet ( 4g) is approximately 16 calories. so to answer your question, if you had two small cups of 2% milk, and 3 packets of sugar, there would be a total of 49.4 calories.

The only nutritional value would be in the milk... and no more then would be used there would be a very little nutritional value in a cup of coffee.
