Fish- don't fry it but bake
Greens- any kind of green vegetable
Eggs- but only use the white of the egg
Meat- you can still eat meat just as long as you cook it well
Water- don't drink soda or caffiene

Also you can check the organic section

If you can handle this go right for it
No carbs
No sugar
