Chinese herbal shops or like above health food shops, but be careful some have serious laxatives effects and just end up making you ill. Ask for some advice from a shop assistant x

I drink green tea. The good thing about green tea is that it contains no caffiene unlike other tea. It is a refreshing drink especially on a warm day.
