Does instant espresso go bad?!

Question: Mine may be dated 2003, and smells funny. I baked some biscotti with it and also used some bad almond extract(discovered after I baked them and tasted them), and the biscotti taste terrible! I had no idea that espresso powder or almond extract could go bad!

No but it can just get old

sorry, I never expect espresso from a can.

I love heavy coffee and isn't it flavored, or messed up, already in the can?

I don't think there's a difference. I have no idea how you put espresso in a can. I've tried espresso from a can. It all tastes bad, to me. I've had "International Coffees", even Starbucks is better(Nasty, burnt stuff)!

Blech!

Grind the beans at home, brew espresso and run away from Starbucks!

I don't know if instant goes bad, I can't stand the stuff!
