Had both. Like both. Capacolla make a fine sandwich. Prosciutto is good but I prefer a good American country ham. Dry cured, smoked and aged for 8 months or longer. Burger's from Missouri is great.
Yes. I like proscuitto for appetizer type items... wrapped about a slice of fresh melon, for instance. I prefer coppacola for pasta dish additions.
