Answers: A Caramel Machiatto. Machiatto means over the top. It's milk, a good bit of foam, caramel drizzled on top, and the shots poured over it. It causes some of the caramel to sink to the bottom and melt into the drink, and leaves two dark spots on top of the foam. At Starbucks, they also use vanilla syrup in the drink itself.
