Nescafe instant cappuccinos -- what makes the froth?!
Here they are:
-sugar
-skimmed milk powder
-hydrogenated vegetable oil
-decaffeinated instant coffee
-lactose
-dried glucose syrup
-milk proteins
-stabilisers (E340, E452i, E331)
-salt
(I know some of these obviously don't make the froth, but I thought I'd give the full list anyway!)

Answers: You know those Nescafe cappuccino sachets, just add hot water to the contents and you get instant frothy cappuccino? Well, which ingredient creates the froth?

If you have ever bought powdered milk and added hot boiling water to it, It froths.
