How do I become vegetarian?!
Answers: Obviously: stop eating meat....but I mean...how do I go about doing it so that I can stick to it and don't just kinda fizzle out after a week? Any tips?
I went to this website and got a free copy of the vegetarian starter kit. it really helped me out!
ive been a vegeterian my whole life so i wouldnt really know how to eat meat lol but there is no real way to help you stop eating meat except for your own determination, sooo good luck xx
take it slowly.. whenever u feel like eating meat just remeber the animals the meat comes from.. if u have an ipod i recommend putting a disgusting video of butchering innocent animals... i know it seems disgusting but it works
also, find vegetables and fruits that you like and make sure to include them into your diet with variety... b/c if u keep eating the same dishes u will go back to your old habits..
good luck
it doesn't really mean you stop eating meat. Vegetarian means you don't like meat or you don't eat meat. Vegetrian also means that you only eat : the protine group, fruit group, vegtable group, grain gruop thats all i know
You can be a

2. Flexitarian
Eat mostly vegetarian, but occasionally meat.
3. Vegetarian (Lacto-ovo- vegetarian)

Many vegans also refrain from eating foods that are processed using animal products but may not contain animal products in the finished product, such as sugar and some wines. No use of leather products like shoes and clothes.
5. Raw vegan/Raw food diet
A raw vegan diet consists of unprocessed vegan foods that have not been heated above 46 degrees Celsius.
6. Jainism
Eat only vegetables and exclude certain fruits and roots.
Make your choice.....How long you can keep it up is up to you, your determination and motivation. Enjoy! {:-)
Start by finding vegitarian allternatives to the things you like to eat and go on from there .. also a good idea to look at Vegetarian cooking as it is good to be able to cook a dish without meat as good as you would with.. I have learned to cook for Vegetarians and Meat eaters at the same time over the past 20months or so and I too are now Vegetarian and have found it fun substituting veg for Meat in a wide variety off dishes esp ..Indian ,Greek and Italian dishes..
Also when you do try not to give up Cheese , eggs and milk..
Love Always and Good Luck
