I don't eat meat with every single meal, does this make me a flexitarian?!

Question: "Flexitarian" means that you are an avid body builder or you wish that you were.

Flex + arian = believer of flex

Is being the Cookie Monster not enough for you?

Answers: "Flexitarian" means that you are an avid body builder or you wish that you were.

No, just flexible.

Not really. According to Wikipedia, "Flexitarianism is a term used in the United States to describe the practice of eating mainly vegetarian food, but making occasional exceptions for social, pragmatic, cultural, or nutritional reasons."

being a flexitarian isnt a good thing.

and if that makes u a flexitarian then just about everyone on the planet is a flexitarian

no, thats why the use of the word is so daft.

That would make EVERY normal meat eater a "flexitarian".

There is little point in using a new word to describe 98% of the population, there are already words to describe them.

Hello Sister/Bro Flexitarian
I am the same as you. I don't care if I eat meat but if someone is buying what the heck. I've been like this for 64 years and have two children from 4 the same. Now I have 12 grandchildren and some of them have the same diets. To fight over a hamburger or streak isn't our fort-ah.
I think people need to eat what their system is telling them to eat. Not what is set down by the government. If you dictate to people what to eat, you should buy it. They have yet to feed world hunger. So, yes we are flexitarians. Lets make a club. we can share information and recipies. Kool

It means you don't eat meat with every single meal. You still eat meat though.
If you want a name to call yourself, don't go digging up terms like flexitarian, its a waste of time.

technically yes. but it really doesnt mean much. flexitarian is exactly that, its not a big deal. please dont go around being like "oh, im a flexitarian vegetarian" even tho technicaly you are, vegetarianism is a commitment, not something you do on and off

I see your point that there is no clear cut line between being a flex and just not eating meat all the time. So what though? Real flexitarians do need to explain themselves to people sometimes, and some of them like to use the word flexitarian. Having words for things is helpful, if not always precise.

No because few people actually eat meat with every single meal so you would just be a normal omnvirore.

No, that makes you an omnivorous troll.

Yes it does. You can either be a flexetarian vegan or vegetarian. You choose.

Not necessarily. Unless you're making a conscious decision to reduce your meat consumption, you're just a plain old omnivore..

YES...i think.......

I BELIEVE THE CORRECT TERM IS SESCI-VEGETARIAN...

*WOW, YOU GUYS DON'T LIKE ME JUST BECAUSE I EAT MEAT ONCE IN A WHILE!*

It makes you a very immoral troll, but probably not the most immoral troll ever.
