All Vegans and Vegitarians out there..?!
Everytime your "meat-eating" friends eat chicken do you give them dirty looks and give them a lecture about how eating meat is wrong?
Just a thought - No rude answers please.

Answers: Do you go telling your "meat-eating" friends that they are cold blooded murderers?

No, I'm not a rude person. I discuss vegetarianism with people who ask about it, but I don't shove it down people's throats and I don't judge people. My boyfriend is sitting right next to me eating bacon right now and I'm not giving him dirty looks or calling him a murderer.
Personally? No. What they eat is their own business.
some times as a joke
Dirty looks? Cold blooded murderers? Thats just harsh surely?
I'd like to keep my friends thanks.
No and I dont mention anything about it to my friends or my son and his friends the only real restriction is I don't let him have Mcdonalds and all that crap, if he wants a Hamburger I will cook it for him (yes) I also cook him bacon butties if he wants for breakfast, you are what you choose to be.
I often get from meat eating friends as you call them oh we have put pork lard on your salad mash potatoe etc etc
Nope, i respect there food choice as do they.
Not at all. It's a personal decision. In my family, my husband and son eat meat and my daughter and I are vegetarians. I guess it has a lot to do with the reason you chose to go vegetarian in the first place. I made my choice for health reasons and my daughter is more about the animal cruelty reason.
That's just silly. Usually people who are that judgmental are fairly juvenile and have a simplistic view of the world.
Sure, I think eating less meat helps the environment, and prevents cruelty - but there are a heck of a lot of people who indulge in meat who do far better things for the world than I do.
sorry no! i don't care what other people eat because it is their choice to kill a poor animal if they want to! but i agree joking with them is fun. quick story i told my bff a little about what they do to the animals before you eat them and she has been a vegitarian for almost a year now! lol!
no i dont. i just give them the look when they offer me some because they know im vegitarian!
No, Why the hell would I do that? They are my friends. Being a vegetarian was a personal choice for me and although I may not agree with eating meat I don't feel insulting people is going to do anything but turn people off.
I never say anything to my meat eating friends. I think it is rude to say something like that to someone.
I have plenty of meat eating friends and we all respect each others food choices. I do not comment on how they eat, and in turn they do not comment on how I choose to eat.
I don't eat meat. My partner and most of my friends do. That's their choice and I respect that, as they respect my choice not to eat meat. I don't believe in forcing opinions and beliefs on others.
Not at all. It's my choice to be vegetarian and it's not for me to judge. It's perfectly possible to be a vegetarian and a git and a meat eater who's a paragon of virtue. However, i do worry about the long term health of some meat eaters, though this is not because they are meat eaters as such so much as the poor quality of the food they eat.
No. For one thing I respect their right to choose their own food; for another it's rude to comment on what someone else is eating. I'm also much too keen to get on with my own food than fret about what someone else is eating.
Most of my family and friends are omnivores, so I'd be pretty lonely if I took it into my head to get sanctimonious about what they eat.
I'm a vegan, I don't want animals killed for my food - but I reserve the word murder for the killing of human beings.
No I absolutely do not! I wouldn't have many friends if I did would I? I may not agree with eating meat but that doesn't give me the right to lecture my friends and family for doing so. A lot of people think us vegs are like this but I've yet to meet any that actually are.
No, I never have done that.
If they make fun of me, I give it back to them. For example, if somebody said I'm eating "rabbit food." I tell them they're eating "dog food."
That hasn't happened in at least 20 years, though.
Uh.. no. I wouldn't be their friend then, would I?
