Do you Vegans and Vegetarians think meat eaters smell?!?!
I don't understand - you smell because you don't wash or have poor hygene not because of what you eat.

Answers: I've heard some of you do.

No I do not think meat eaters smell that is ridiculous and I am not smelly I shower at least twice a day and have high hygiene standards. I do not think any group (vegans, vegatarians, carnivores or omnivores) has the right to stereotype any other group....everybody is different!
How did u know???????
No. Not that I've noticed.
1st I for one would never make a blanket statement such as "all (fill in the blank of type of people) are (fill in the insult)"
But what one eats and cooks does effect how they smell. If you eat a lot of garlic you will smell like garlic. If you use a lot of spices in cooking chances are you will smell like them from your breath, your sweat, and your clothing.
We all have a natural odor to us some just smell some worse then others.
i dont think they smell. im vegitarian and all my friends are meat eaters and they dont smell
I have to say I've never heard anyone say that before. I suppose that some people could smell because of what they eat(onions, garlic, etc), but that smell is not limited to people who eat meat.
I'm a lifelong vegetarian (my mum was even vegetarian whilst she was pregnant with me) so I guess I'm in a good position to answer.
I wouldn't kiss my husband if he'd just eaten a very strong meaty flavoured bag of potato chips (crisps) and I wouldn't like the smell of someone's breath or the thought of kissing them if they had just eaten meat. However I don't think that a whole person smells different if they eat meat than if they don't. People mostly smell of their perfume, deodorant, wash products, and a general smell of being human (unless they are particularly sweaty or don't keep themselves clean and have an unpleasant body odour). However in general I have to say I couldn't tell by smell alone who ate meat, who was vegetarian and who was vegan. If someone says they can then I'd challenge them to test it out with a blindfold and a few of my friends!
I don't think meat eaters smell any different. I'm a vegetarian and my partner is a meat eater and I don't notice him smelling any different (except if he's been eating garlic and I haven't.)
I don't think eating meat has anything to do with how you smell.
Lol, umm no not more than us...no more than the vegetarians i know...
No. As others have said, garlic, spices etc can affect someone's smell temporarily whether they eat meat or not. It's personal hygiene that really counts though, and poor personal hygiene isn't exclusive to omnivores, vegetarians or any other group.
Not generally, but some meat eaters make the toilet a less pleasant place to visit, if you catch my drift.
Some people smell and some don't and I tend to agree that it has more to do with hygeine than with diet (although some people positively exude garlic from their pores.) On the whole, no I don't think meat eaters smell. I snuggle up to one on a regular basis and he smells just great!
I guess they smell, if they have noses.
Veggies do though.
meat eaters often have that greasy smell. It makes me ill.
It depends. But certain foods (both plant and animal) can give you distinctive breath and body odor. It comes out in your sweat.
