Vegetarians, Do You Eat Dairy Products, Eggs, and Honey?!

Question: In the many degrees of vegetarianism, people choose whether or not to eat dairy products, eggs, and honey; anything that comes from an animal but the animals do not die for it.

Do you choose to consume dary products in your diet or are you a strict vegan, meaning no animal products whatsoever. Just curious to see what kind of vegeterian diets you eat. Thanks.

I eat eggs, dairy, and honey. I do tend to restrict the amount of eggs and dairy. However, I do love artisan and homestead
cheeses. I pretty much restrict my dairy consumption to cheese and yogurt, only using other dairy products in cooking for the most part. I like honey, but I get it from small producers that make specific types of honey.
In using the dairy, eggs, & honey I get the least processed I possibly can. I prefer unpasteurized & unhomogenized or raw milk products, free range eggs.
I do like soy products like tofu, miso, tempeh, & tamari, but I do not use meat replacement products such as the veggie 'meats' or soy cheese.

Vegeterians don't eat meat. But they can drink milk, eat eggs, and eat honey too.

Vegans don't eat ANY animal products at all.

I'm vegan. Which still makes me a vegetarian. :)

I am a vegan.
I try to avoid any products with honey in it but sometimes its difficult. I love agave nectar though!!! try it sometime, you'll never go back to honey!!!!!

I try to only drink soy milk.
I still eat eggs and the only food that I eat that has honey is honey flavored graham crackers, but I stay away from gelatin, lard, rennet, sea food, and of course meat.
