Did you eat alot?!

Question: Oh boy, did I ever. We snacked all day at the in-laws (three different kinds of hummus and chips and salsa and guacamole and crackers with cream uncheese with roasted raspberry chipotle sauce (so good) plus cookies and dark chocolate almonds and chocolate covered dried strawberries. Oh, and sparkling lemonade, too. THEN we went home and I made dinner...roasted potatoes, cornbread dressing casserole with peppers and onions with Tofurkey sausage, baked beans, corn, rolls, butternut squash...mmm. Now we're waiting for it to digest so we can have pumpkin pie and pecan pie with coconut sorbet. I do not feel the least bit guilty, either!

A lot of what?

No, I eat until my stomach says it is full. Which is usually after the first plate. The only time I would eat alot is if I eat before 9 am. So I will wait until about 10 am before taking a bite of anything. This way I only eat two meals and nothing else.

I am assuming you mean T-Day Dinner.. I did good was very moderate.

Yes. I eat a lot more food after I became vegetarian but never gain weight. Maybe the food a eat now digest faster than meats.

Oh God yes! I am so stuffed! Yet somehow I'm still looking forward to leftovers tomorrow!

Yes, more Veggies and fruits portion to your daily meal.
It will not harm you, and also an ideal diet for all times is vegan. We have the choice.

Me & my wife were Vegan for passed 4 years, and managed to keep in shape. We and my kids are medical-free for passed 4 years.

Trust me, there are many better vegans out there.
