Answers: Many supermarkets sell meat. You can argue that they kill more animals than KFC so why don't AR's protest outside supermarkets.

KFC with its thousands of branches provide more publicity. PETA loves the limelight.

why dont they protest the farms or slaughterhouses

The hypocrites that protest have to buy their carrots at the same supermarket they're protesting.

I haven't seen anyone here mentioning being protesters/activists. Then again I haven't seen anyone correctly use "animal rights" here, either (i.e. lacto-ovos with pets saying they're for animal rights) Can't tell you. I'm an inactivist.

Ashley does !...apparently

I think thats more than enough

yeah, you must not have met ashley yet. she takes it one step further and protests IN the supermarket..lol

They sometimes do but they don't protest the fact that they sell meat. I think they protested outside marks and spencers but that was only because they were buying from a particularly cruel factory farm for ducks. They also protested outside tescos for selling live turtles in their thai stores where they were inhumanely killed by unqualified workers. Likewise, KFC is particularly well known and condemned for producing chicken by horrific means.

Animal Rights activists in general don't protest the killing of animals but instead protest against the bad conditions and treatment they endure while they're still alive.

Guessing that AR means Avid Rabbit-food-eater, I believe that protests would not be much use.

"Animal Rights", I'm assuming? Rights do not protest. People who advocate them do.

Anti-cruelty advocates protest outside hundreds of supermarkets every year in America. You should do some research.

FYI- The KFC campaign is waged by PETA, which is only the most famous branch of a movement comprised by thousands of organizations and millions of individuals.
