Can i store the leftovers??!

Question: I will be makeing this recipe:

Potato and “Bacon” Hash

4 medium white potatoes, diced
4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
8 oz. tempeh, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2-3 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
2-3 Tbsp. liquid smoke, divided
1 onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

If I store the leftovers in the fridge will it taste alright if I thorow it on a pan and heat it up.
Ive acctually done this with leftover mashed potatoes before and they tasted very good but im not sure about this.

Yep, this dish should be just fine reheated. You may need to add oil top the pan to prevent sticking. Remember to eat these leftovers within a week.
