Yes, if you've been a vegetarian for a while and start eating meat again you will probably feel sick because your body isn't used to it. The same thing happened to me when I started eating beans for the first time. Just tough it out and it will pass.

You have the same chance as if it were 2 hours. Somebody's going to say that you will get sick but they are just getting info. from biased vege websites that are funded by the ag industry.

As long as it has been properly sealed and frozen, meat will last 6 months.

If you're talking about eating meat after not eating it for two months, that will also depend. It is more likely it won't cause any adverse health effects, but if you suddenly go on a meat binge and expect your body to break down vast amounts of meat after having none, you may get a small stomach ache.
