Ordinary oranges (Citrus aurantium) are a hybrid of tangerine (Citrus reticulata) and pomelo (Citrus maxima). They are all in the Citrus genus, as are grapefruit, lemon, lime and kumquat, but the rest are different species. The family is the Rutaceae, which also includes rue, buchu, Angostura and sichuan pepper.

Oranges are citrus fruits and all those you mentioned are from the "orange" family and therefore citrus fruits.
