What vegetarian dish can I make with potatoes?!


Question: I cut up and boiled about a pound of potatoes two nights ago, then we went out to dinner. Now it is just sitting in the fridge, and I don't know what to do with it. Can anyone please give me some suggestions. No potatoe salad please :>)

YOU CAN MAKE A POTATO AND LEEK SOUP , OR JUST A SIMPLE TORTILLA USE OLIVE OIL WITH ONION, GARLIC ,AND PEPPERS,SALT AND PEPPER, SAUTE ADD POTATO'S, SAUTE THEN ADD 6 SCRAMBLE EGGS LOWER THE FLAMES AND PUT IN THE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES OR A LITTLE MORE FLIP WITH LID AND LEAVE IN PAN,COMES OUT GREAT, TASTY AND A SALAD OR SOUP IS A COMPLETE MEAL, NAMASTE

Scalloped potatoes with lots of good herbs is one of my fav dinners.

Mash them up. You can make a shepherd's pie with TVP or soya crumbles (or even just chopped veg), a little mushroom gravy, a little black pepper, some corn and carrots, and smear the potatoes on top and bake until crispy - mmmm.

You could grate them up and make potato bread for breakfast. I've used this recipe and it turns out decently:

Ummm everything doesn't have to be a fancy dinner... you can add beef, pork, steak, and roast beef. Hmmm, i guess I'm having MEAT for dinner!! Meat, Meat, Meat!!
