What can a vegitarian have for christmas dinner?!

Question: There are some great suggestions here, so hopefully you'll find some helpful. I generally go for a Quorn roast, as it easily goes with all the traditional trimmings. Please ignore the rude, rude girl above me, as she really is quite foul mouthed.

And, for Ashleys' information, it is spelled appetiser...you are in Britain now, chick....we speak the Queens' English here.

My veggie cousin always has a nut roast with all the trimmings. I've had it to, it's very nice.

Robert is right.

whatever they want provided its not meat...

goto the BBC\cooking website and look at their recipies...

Anything they want to, my brother had veg*n pizza once for Christmas dinner.

Everything except the meat.

A Tofurkey! Pasta! Veggies and salads....there are so many options. I do like the Tofurkey on holidays, though -- it makes them feel liek special occasions.

Try one of those veggie roasts (not nut roast) and if you have stuffing make them into little balls and wrap veggie bacon around the stuffing and bake in the oven as normal its really nice and of course roast spuds (as long as they are not cooked in meat juice), yorkshire pudding and veg of your choice.

you don't say if you are a vegan or not but there are some delicious nut roasts, roast vegetables, soups, salads, etc available nowadays,so 'enjoy'

VegEtarian! lol
My veggie daughter has exactly the same as the rest of us but instead of turkey she has Quorn roast.
She has veggie cocktail sausages wrapped in veggie bacon.
And veggie gravy made from vegetarian gravy granules.
I roast my potatoes in sunflower oil, not goose fat so they're veggie.

I agree with John L.
A nut roast sounds lovely with some nice roast veg think i might try that, not for christmas tho lol.
Merry Christmas.

Anything but meat.

I want to get a few fellow disgruntled friends together and head to a local vegetarian Asian place for an Xmas meal.

Buy a Quorn chicken roast and have that with all of the other food.

Anything they'd eat any other time of the year.

Carrots.

I think there are many kinds what a vegetarien can eat to christmas! For example: make a salad without meat. It gives many recepts that you can do, too.

Thought you were a Vagatarian, you can always eat from the furry plate...

Well, for you, I suggest a dictionary as an appetizer. It is spelled vegetarian.
