Which way is better?!
Answers: I'm thinking of becoming a vegetarian but I was wondering how to do it. Is it easier to stop eating meat right away or gradually? Do you know of any sites that can help me?
It really depends on the person. Some people will find it easier to make a clean break from meat, while others can't imagine giving up all animal flesh overnight. If you do decide to go veg gradually, I would suggest that you drop chickens and turkeys from your diet first. (Birds are smaller animals so many more of them have to be slaughtered for food.)

Good luck!
I would quit in one go.
If you gradually reduce meat you will be continually telling yourself you are depriving yourself of something.
Which of course you are not, its just in the mind.
I personally think its much better to quit, instantly, right now, and then you can concentrate on all the great veggie food and you/animals/religion ( what reason you switched veggie ) can start enjoying the benefits immediately.
The veggie society can help, they have information packs for new veggies,
try http://www.vegsoc.org then look under lifestyle / becoming a veggie
I followed PETA's suggestion of deciding to go veg for 30 days. I found that if I could go 30 days, I could go a lot longer. Order your free "Go Veg" starter kit here:

gradually would be better, because you need to cut down your main source of protein, and introduce another eg cheese, eggs, nuts, seeds, wholegrains, milk, soya, tofu, etc.
however, i found it too difficult just to cut down, as i didnt know how to so i just stopped.

Unless your fully well read and know that to take and what not to take do it gradually.
My brother became vegetarian, and didn't read up correctly, a short while after becoming vegetarian he moved to mainland Europe for work. Being in a strange place and a lack of understanding about the vegetarian diet made him ill, almost to the point that he almost needed hospital treatment. In the end he cured himself by adding prawns and tuna into his diet.
Like any major change it depends on YOU & your personality.
If you have already cut back the next natural step is to quit. When I went Raw last summer & just jumped in. I want to get it on the road, start to experience the benefits right away.
If you do it now at the holidays will that cause to stumble (notice I did not say fail)? There is no failure when changing your life’s path just different little scenic routes.
Dr. John McDougall with his heart patients have them do it all at once, says the benefits kick in quickly help spur on the person changing. Plus the palate never stays addicted to animal flesh that doing it 1/2 way causes.
Slainté(to your health)
Do it at a pace with which you are comfortable and not prone to relapses. If that takes a longer time, then so be it. Slow but sure is better than a quick failure. If you can handle cold turkey (no pun intended) then go for it. You decide. Also if you are underage, you need to discuss this matter with your parents or guardians.
