flexetarians are immoral

All the vegetarians that I know say I don't eat meat and don't specify the color or type.

Well, first of all, anyone who eats any animal flesh is NOT a vegetarian, much less a vegan. So anyone who says s/he's vegetarian but still eats some animals is a liar or deluded.

Some people cut out cows' flesh and pigs' flesh because they believe chickens' flesh and fishes' flesh is healthier. And there seems to be this popular theory that when transitioning to a plant-based diet, you should work your way from eliminating mammals from your diet to eliminating birds to eliminating sea creatures to eliminating the secretions of mammals and birds from your diet -- when, really, it should be the other way around. How many people who eat animal flesh avoid dairy and/or eggs, besides people who are lactose intolerant and/or allergic to eggs?

A lot of vegetarians find it difficult to fit enough protein into their diet, or want additional variety in their choices. It can also make life easier for them when they eat with non-veg friends or eat out. Chicken and fish are generally considered healthy choices for protein, were red meat is higher in fat and the such.

The Flexitarian diet is slowly replacing the dieing breed of veg*ns.

If you are vegan, you don't eat ANY kind of animal products. Either way, it doesn't matter what kind of meat it is.

Most of the veg*n agreements about meat is bad for is mostly geared up towards red meat. Take red meat out of your diet and eat a balanced diet you will just be as healthy as any one else on a balanced diet.
